Any students who have received both COVID vaccinations, please email a copy of your vaccination card to our school health clerk, Mrs. Fisher, at jfisher@lvusd.org. This will save you time at on-campus check-in when you return from travel.

The last day to sign up for Movie Night and Beach Day is Monday, May 24.
The last day to buy prom tickets is June 3.
You have to come to the Student Store to sign up for activities and/or buy your Prom ticket.
Sign Ups and Ticket Sales are Monday - Friday from 11:30am-12:30pm and 3:30pm-4:00pm.
If you need reminders about what you need to bring with you, please check your email. Prom tickets are as of Monday $140.
Senior Graduation Lei Sale!
The junior class is selling leis for $25 for seniors to wear at graduation. The leis will be distributed between 8:30-9:30 am on the morning of graduation, June 10th.
The deadline to order is Friday, June 4th 2021.

Final Transcript
You also must input where you will be going to college in Naviance.
This is the only way we know where to send your final transcript in June. At this time you are only conditionally accepted. Without the final transcript a college can withdraw your acceptance. Under "colleges I am applying to" you designate that you are "attending" the school you will be going to. THIS MUST BE COMPLETED BY JUNE 7th.

Schedule your meeting with College and Career Advisors
We have met with over 125 Juniors this Spring and it has been great getting to know you. We are opening up another SignUpGenius with appointments in August and September - you will officially be Seniors!
These appointments are only for students we have NOT met with yet. If you already met with us but have further questions, email and we will find a time to meet.
We have scheduled the appointments for lunch and after school. There may be changes in the schedule as we get more information about any bell schedule updates. We will adjust the times to work with you.
When we come back to school and you have gotten your schedule, we will add appointments during a free period. Please email us and we will add you to the schedule.
AP exams began Tuesday, May 18th and go through Friday, May 28th.
Those of you who are taking digital exams at home MUST download the AP Digital APP ASAP. Please follow the instructions below.
If you are taking a digital exam, please note it will be taken at home and PLEASE follow the steps below! Please ensure that you have completed the following if you are NOT using a School-issued Chromebook device:
Download and install the Digital Testing App (Personal PC’s or Macs only): HERE
If you are using a School-issued Chromebook, please log out of your device and find the 2021 Digital AP Exams app under “Apps” in the bottom left hand corner.

If you were approved to take ANY exam (other than French or Spanish) in Window 3, please note, those exams are also DIGITAL AT-HOME (even if they are not listed above). The ONLY exams that will be IN-PERSON in Window 3 are French and Spanish.
For in-person exams: Please make sure to arrive 30 minutes before your exam, and don’t forget to complete your health screening on your Student Square app. Please remember to bring the following materials with you:
Bring an ID.
Bring a few of number two pencils (not mechanical) and pens.
Bring a permitted calculator for exams that allow calculators.
Bring a snack/water.
Please arrive 30 minutes before your exam is scheduled for pre-exam instructions. We are locking doors promptly when exams begin
If you decide not to take your AP exams, you can cancel through Total Registration or you can email Ms. Courtney Johnson to assist you.
IF YOU MISSED/OR WILL BE MISSING YOUR TEST IN WINDOW 2, AND WOULD LIKE TO SCHEDULE A MAKEUP EXAM, PLEASE SEE INFO BELOW.
