FAQS

 

 

 

  • Event is for CHS Seniors only! No guests
  • Departure: Check-in at CHS at approximately 1-2 PM (exact time TBD)
    • Check-in and security clearance will begin promptly
    • Students MUST take the bus to and from Disneyland; private vehicles are not allowed for drop-off o or pick-up at Disneyland. This is a Disney rule - NO EXCEPTIONS!
  • Tickets:
    • Tickets are limited and will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis. This is a sold out event and we will not be able to purchase additional tickets
    • Deadline to purchase tickets Feb 28

      NO TICKETS AFTER FEBRUARY 28th, Limited Space

    • Purchase tickets exclusively through Membership Toolkit (online only credit card purchase)
  • Disney Policy:
    • ALL SALES ARE FINAL - NO REFUNDS - NO EXCEPTIONS!
    • Tickets are non-transferable to other students
    • Disney Annual passes are not valid for Grad Nite
  • Required Forms:
    • Families must complete the Google Form linked above to be placed on the event roster. Google Form includes Grad Nite Student Info, Health and Emergency Contact, Expectations & Consent Form (signed by student and parent)
    • FAILURE TO COMPLETE FORM by Feb 28 will result in cancellation of paid ticket, without reimbursement
  • Event Information:
    • Grad Nite is at Disney California Adventure® Park until 2:00 AM.
    • Busses will return to CHS around 4:00 AM on Saturday, June 6
    • Students are responsible for purchasing their own food and drinks at Disney California Adventure
    • Luxury Bus transportation is subsidized by the PFC
    • In conjunction with the Anaheim Police Department, Disneyland Security will conduct ongoing screenings for banned substances during the event
    • The PFC of Calabasas High School will provide Adult Chaperones (25 years +) at a ratio of 1:20
