2027 CHS Grad Nite Save the Date

 

 

Save the Date for Disney Grad Nite 2027! 

More information will be communicated in the coming months. 

In the meantime, please see the FAQ's below from previous years to help answer any questions you may have:

 

Frequently Asked Questions:

 

  • Event is for CHS Seniors only! No guests
  • Departure: Check-in at CHS is at approximately 1-2 PM (exact time to be announced for 2027)
    • Check-in and security clearance will begin promptly
    • Students MUST take the bus to and from Disneyland; private vehicles are not allowed for drop-off o or pick-up at Disneyland. This is a Disney rule - NO EXCEPTIONS!
  • Tickets:
    • Tickets are limited and will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis. This is typically a sold out event and additional or last minute tickets are not available.
    • Deadline to purchase tickets is usually in late February (exact date to be announced for 2027)
    • Tickets must be purchased exclusively through Membership Toolkit (online only credit card purchase)
  • Disney Policies:
    • ALL SALES ARE FINAL - NO REFUNDS - NO EXCEPTIONS!
    • Tickets are non-transferable to other students
    • Disney Annual Passes are not valid for Grad Nite (this is a Disney rule)
  • Required Forms:
    • Families must complete the Google Form to be placed on the event roster. Google Form includes Grad Nite Student Info, Health and Emergency Contact, Expectations & Consent Form (signed by student and parent)  (more info to be added for 2027)
    • FAILURE TO COMPLETE FORM by Deadline Date will result in cancellation of paid ticket, without reimbursement
  • Event Information:
    • Grad Nite is at Disney California Adventure® Park until 2:00 AM.
    • Busses will return to CHS around 4:00 AM on Saturday, June 5
    • Students are responsible for purchasing their own food and drinks at Disney California Adventure
    • Luxury Bus transportation is subsidized by the PFC
    • In conjunction with the Anaheim Police Department, Disneyland Security will conduct ongoing screenings for banned substances during the event
    • The PFC of Calabasas High School will provide Adult Chaperones (25 years +) at a ratio of 1:20
